Lamberts get together!!
We wanted to have a gathering with the Lambert families just to get together and have a good time. No weddings or anniversaries, just a party!
Location: Peter and Joan's two story Century Farmhouse west of Perth Ontario. MAP
Dates: July 30th long weekend (Civic Holiday). The main timing will be Saturday (July 30) afternoon through Sunday morning, but you can arrive Friday and stay through to Monday if you wish.
What's happening there?
Activities: Jabbering with long lost relatives and catching up on what everyone has been doing. Hiking around the farm - groomed trails through fields, forest including a spectacular view of the Tay river. River float in that lazy river. Music. Movies at the outdoor amphitheater. Outdoor games - Bocci, croquet. Other events to be experienced!
Food : Lots of food and hydration will be available! Casual meals will be provided from Friday Lunch through Monday Morning with a Gourmet dinner Saturday evening and a Big Breakfast Sunday morning. BYOB
What to bring?
Lawn chairs. Inner tubes, water wings and dinghys, water shoes, towels. Outdoor games. Any games. BYOB. If you are bringing pets, be aware the tick population is plentiful!
Accommodation
Tents or trailers if you are camping. There is some room in the farm house and/or outbuildings. Bring bedding - sleeping bags, air mattresses or cots, linens, pillows.
